QCMA News

It's Happening!

Visual progress is finally being made on our new playlot.  We have had a variety of delays, but the equipment has arrived at last.  Stone walls are being built.  Watch our park come together day by day.

Reminders
All exterior upgrades and visible changes to your property need to be approved by the Architectural Design Committee or the Board.  Projects that are clearly within guidelines of the CC&Rs can be handled quickly and inexpensively (usually free).  The board waives fees for approvals that can be made without the services of an architect.  Simply contact secretary@quemazon.org, or bring plans to the regular monthly board meeting for input/approval.

The Pulse
This section will be used used to implement online voting, and resident surveys.
