QCMA News
It's Happening! Visual progress is finally being made on our new playlot. We have had a variety of delays, but the equipment has arrived at last. Stone walls are being built. Watch our park come together day by day. |
Reminders
| All exterior upgrades and visible changes to your property need to be approved by the Architectural Design Committee or the Board. Projects that are clearly within guidelines of the CC&Rs can be handled quickly and inexpensively (usually free). The board waives fees for approvals that can be made without the services of an architect. Simply contact secretary@quemazon.org, or bring plans to the regular monthly board meeting for input/approval.
