Quemazon HOA Annual Meeting
Dear Quemazon Neighbors:
It's that time of year again for the Quemazon HOA Annual Meeting. Please come to the meeting to meet your neighbors, catch up on the HOA status and cast your vote at the Annual Meeting. If you can't make it to the meeting, please be sure to send in your ballot by mail before the meeting.
When: 6PM Thursday, November 10, 2016
Where: Cottonwood on the Greens, Los ALamos Golf Course
Complimentary drinks (wine, beer or soft drink) and hor d'oeurves will be available for all Quemazon homeowners (families are welcome).
Quemazon HOA business will begin at approximately 6:30PM.
Your vote is needed to revise the current Quemazon Master Association HOA quorum requirement to an achievable number. This vote is requesting a change to the required quorum from 51% to 25%. Please see the explanation of the voting requirements and process, in addition, the 2015 Annual Meeting Minutes provides additional background for this year's vote.

Ballots must be received by Noon on Thursday, November 10, 2015
in order to be included in the vote count and raffle.
Participate in the meeting and enter the Raffle
for free 2017 Homeowner Dues
The raffle will be for free 2017 HOA dues for 10 homeowners
Must be present and vote, or submit a ballot by mail before the November 10th meeting.
In order to be considered for the raffle, mail-in ballots must received no later than noon on November 10, 2016.
HOA Board members are not eligible for the raffle.
Public Meeting for Development of 8 New Homes at 4725 Quemazon
The Los Alamos County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting at 5:30 p.m., Sept. 28 in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 1000 Central Park Square. Under consideration is an amendment to allow development of eight homes at 4725 Quemazon. This is potentially important for all Quemazon residents and property owners due to its proximity to the single entrance into Quemazon and its impact on parking and traffic near the Quemazon Montessori School.
The meeting is open to the public.

The regular Board of Directors meeting is held on the second WEDNESDAY of the month at 6:00 PM at the Chamber of Commerce Office.
All homeowners are encouraged to attend!
